The company was really responsive in letting me know that the delivery would be delayed because of severe weather, and as soon as they could delivered a beautiful bouquet in a lovey vase. Additionally, after hearing that I had concerns about the product, they reached out and helped resolve the problem. It is not often that I encounter such exceptional customer service, and I will definitely make Juniper Blooms a go-to.
